Job Description

As a planner, you are responsible for the personnel planning of all care employees within the location in Zoetermeer, where you plan as efficiently as possible to minimize the use of extra hours and temporary workers. You do this together with another colleague Planner.

You anticipate leave and absence and know exactly what capacity needs are. You work closely with the team leaders within the location and the location manager. You are responsible for informing the employees about the schedules and answering questions. Employees have an influence on their own schedule because we work with a planning app.

In addition, you ensure an adequate registration of planned and realized hours per employee (and temporary employees), taking into account the statutory regulations (Working Hours Act, Collective Labor Agreement).
You also have a controlling function with regard to the deployment of employees (overtime and work on an ORT basis) and the efficiency of the processes. TOGETHER we commit ourselves every day to providing the best care to our residents.
We would love it if you join our team. We would like to talk to you about a function for 16 hours per week, spread over three working days. Friday is a fixed working day.

You can create support and be decisive. You are flexible, you have a quick overview and can switch quickly and can work in a very dynamic environment in which you need to spend stress. To achieve the set goals and results you can plan, organize and collaborate with your colleagues.
